Quadra FNX Mining Ltd. ("the Company" or "Quadra FNX") (TSX:QUX) announced its intention to commence, subject to market and other conditions, an offering of US$500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the offering of the notes, together with cash on hand, to fund its capital expenditure requirements in connection with its Sierra Gorda project in Chile.
