It says 7.5million share...but I believe it is 15million...but I think half of it is done in Norway which makes sense.

The price is $4.70 so that is truly wonderful to see. It should open quite strong....Gastem did a PP at $2.15 and they traded as high as $3.74...I would think we could hit $6 easily.....nonetheless....really big price on the PP which won't rattle investor confidence....as it might have with doing it at $3.50 or less.

With all that said....just the fact that they are raising $70+ million dollars for drilling, with the huge chunk of it going to Quebec, tells me that they are sure of what there is and now it is just a matter of taking it out of the ground. The area is really drawing a lot of interest and to raise this kind of capital combined with yesterdays news that they are going to spend 100+ million on Quebec shows investors the seriousness of this play and that its no joke.
