I just got an email with share info update on QEC from Jason D'Silva VP Finance QEC.
Currently issued and outstanding :196,577,088 ( including pending cancellation of 10,698,785 shares owned by Terrenex.
Options: 18,044,170 ( average exercise price $ 1.21 )
