is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Questerre. As such it is no
longer a public company and inactive. The 10.7 million Questerre shares
held by Terrenex will be returned to treasury and cancelled. For tax
purposes, it will likely be amalgamated with Questerre.

Terrenex held minority interests in the companies listed below. The
investments that were liquid were disposed and the remainder, for the
most part, are illiquid with a current market value of less than
$10,000.
