I think John O'Connell should keep doing his own job and let QEC/TLM/FST decide on when/if production will start. TLM /QEC have set target dates for many things on this project and have either met or bettered their start dates so far.TLM wasn't suppose to start drilling until Sept 1/08 and are have started ... The full scale production date is as far as TLM/QEC are concerned is 2010 if the project goes forward. As far as the costs are concerned lets leave it up to those that are actually involved in the project to do the dd and then maybe John O'Connell should comment on the #'s when they are presented from the heavy weights. I find that some of the people speaking on BNN are not informed as well as they should be at times and end up makeing statements that are far from FACT and trigger sell offs when in fact people should be holding their positions. Maybe Dominion is trying to improve their positon via sell off if infact they have any interest in QEC at all? IMHO
