Two things to note: 1. isn't it interesting how an eastern financial paper can write a story like this mentioning Alberta and BC but not the St Lawrence find and activity (and) 2. does anyone know what kind of royalty structure Quebec has or will institute - they are not exactly a "have" province and may be tempted to follow Albertas lead and max the royalties.
