It was'nt Morgan S but Merryl L, today I looked, they sold i canada at 2,67=13,50Nkr same time they bought at 13,45Nkr i Norway, they have done that alot with bigger differences. I dont know, there's exchange rate, when oil go up the price on cn$ usely goes down to norway kr, this can be quite alot, I have seen cn$ to Nkr from 4,98 to 5,13 and think 5,16Nkr for 1cn$, this is alot, I think peoble who trade money or that moneytrade was most on the 2 last of the 4 digits after the comma, well at least they keep a close look on the prices on both borses from the time canada opens, cause norway follow it from opening time, maybe that is because they have to match prices and ML they make a bargain.
