I don't believe anyone is stalling, I think TLM and QEC for one are proceeding on the schedule they set awhile back and the seasonal and current bear market price for NG I don't think has anything to do with their progress. It will be the price for NG in about 2 years when they start to produce that will be interesting and as previously stated, who knows what that will be. I repeat I suspect it will be significantly higher than today.
