As I see it, QEC is an "all or nothing" stock.

If the Utica play will be winning, and we will know it before year end (1st match), and before the end of 2009 Summer (2nd match), on FST and TLM Pilot programs, wi will jump to 30 $ and over.

If the Utica wells will be dry, we will come back under $1.

Most prudent analyst have a Price Target from 6.40 to 8.60 before this year end.
