Kas had a great post with some info on Sept 11 at 2.58 so I would go to that link as well as xterraresources.com and read all the links to get a good independant look at what's going on and then you'll have lots of info to make your decision as to buy/hold/sell.IMHO QEC is a great buy and you won't be able to buy at these bargain basement prices for very long. Especially when news and according to Mike Binnion " commercial development decision" is as much been made.
