A cautionary qualification of my previous post - QEC added to S&P/TSX Small Cap index

I saw this on Stockhouse bullboard (we all know how unreliable it can be) and posted it here. I have since tried to confirm it by getting it from the S&P website - a very difficult website. I have been unable to find any mention of it there. I don't think it is a hoax posting but would like to see trusted source. Has anyone seen this news confirmed from a trusted source?
