I take everything back I said about new shorting regulations. The US just published the list of "unshortable" companies. Financial institutions and investment firms only. They are the ones who facilitate all the naked shorting of resource companies like QEC. The UK and US govt has only taken moves to protect them from each other. They are still free to manipulate all other stocks. Ain't an unregulated free market great.
