Thanks Skinny - makes sense now. One question - how do I get to the AG short hub?

For the record I don't have a problem either with legal shorting - selling shares one has or has committed to (borrowed with a deadline to replace). Its naked shorting I object to and everything I read while it says it is illegal - it happens all the time because our regulators are toothless. Naked shorting with big numbers can drive a sp down guaranteed. Those brokers and houses that facilitate it should be charged and convicted.
