That's right. The good thing about is that we can get more wells on the property with the 100 acre space. Even before the downturn in the market energy shares were trading at roughly 30% less than their value because investors new the bubble was on the way so good thing we didn't have the extra 30% valuation as a loss. Anyway, great discussion. Must go to my sons hockey game tonight.
