When I re-read the Wellington Cap Energy strategy document comparing the jr's a few things stand out

1. "Questerre has the largest prospective Utica land holdings amongst the juniors," (jnx may have more total acres but qec has the dominant position in the sweet spot of the fairway.)

2. Diversification of qec - western cndn producing and prospective ventures

3. No debt and a healthy float as you say to see them through to production in 2010 (what is the status of the other jr's?) without borrowing in this difficult credit market.

4. Committed, experienced and liquid partner in TLM.

Some of the reasons to like qec.
