IMO I don't think we have to worry about a Quebec provincial gov't whether they be Liberal, PQ, Conservative or even NDP nationalizing the gas supply industry. Hydro is precedented as it is in place that way in most provinces for good reason. I wouldn't worry however about NG and our gem QEC. Quebec province will be happy to sit back and collect substantial (on volume) royalities and let the companies take the risk and provide the expertise.
