The Oslo bourse index

Scandinavian airliner SAS AB and Canadian energy prospector Questerre Energy Company will enter the index. Questerre's shares are the best performing on the Oslo bourse this year, rising 134 percent.

Dow Jones index

the Dow Jones Oil & Gas Titans 30 Index, Williams Cos. (United States, Oil & Gas, WMB) will replace Talisman Energy Inc. (Canada, Oil & Gas, TLM.T; TLM).
