I would agree that there are/were signs of a bottom and much talk about an upcoming bullish run on commodities, especially energy stocks - but - if the worst case scenario of the Big 3 Auto going bankrupt comes to be I think all bets are off for awhile - forget recession - it may go to full depression with the millions out of work. Yesterday I would have agreed with Houston that these prices for QEC may not be seen again but right now I would hold fast and see which way the auto crisis goes. We may yet still see $1 sp.

Of course everything still depends on a good NR otherwise. Does anyone know if the companies (TLM, FST, QEC) can just choose to hold off releasing test results to pick more opportune market conditions to release? Or are they obligated to release results when they have them?
