I don't know about the US but in Canada the gov't does give a rebate of a few thousand dollars when you buy a high mileage hybrid. So when it comes to people using the home CNG fueling station and beating the gas taxes, that is what I meant it may be some time before they backtracked and somehow tried to tax that.
