Thanks. I want put this in from EOG:
EOG Resources Inc Chief Executive Mark Papa said he expects U.S. natural gas production will begin to drop by mid-2009 and will end the year down 2.5 billion cubic feet per day, or about 4.3 percent, from 2008.
Weak demand from industrial users will more than offset the supply decline, he told an investor conference call on Thursday, but prices will eventually rebound.
OPEC have managed a dive on 930.000 B/D in output from december, it has to drop more and I think they will cut again if they dont think they can reach the target, they are scedueled to meet ahain 15 of march.
Gasprom have sold cheaper to europe 280$/1000cubicmeters, what I come to it is about 45-46$/barell. Maybe It's political. They say they will produce so it fits demand.
