I don't think FST is incompetent. You and others have said it. Does a large experienced company drill a $3 million dollar well and test it for NR purposes with an objective of maximizing the market benefit WITHOUT having all the necessary equipment on hand to get the best possible result? Why test and release incomplete results, why not wait till you had everything ready to go to get the best results possible?

IMO FST is playing possum with this play and QEC. I look to TLM for an honest effort to advance this play.
