You're right on the mark as usual. During spring break up it's hard to get equipment aroung because of muskeg and soft ground. In these conditions it can take up to 8 hours to fix a tire on a NODWELL which looks like a snow cat on the ski hill. These are sometimes used to transport equipment to the lease from paved or gravel surfaces. Delays during spring break up are a good thing rather than trying to slug threw the muskeg at 200-300an hour. It's better to take a 3 week delay and send the crews home and come back when the ground is hard and the delay equation is taken out of the CAPX.
