let me put in a simple consideration:

If QEC will be bought by a major one (TLM?!!), the PPS offered will depend or not on QEC's potential value?!

This acquisition of rights in many acreages in BC, where many majors are drilling with great results, and with QEC A5 (isn't it there?) great results, will add value or not to our CO.?

So, if the answer is "YES,OF COURSE", the PPS offered to buy QEC will be higher!!
