I'm also selling off some losers and some of my TLM today to get into position for buying more QEC. On the TLM I figure QEC has more % upside potential when it breaks positive. This "price adjustment" was predicted - just a question of how low it might go. A positive NR on the horizontals will certainly help. I bought enough additional when it was around $1 so any I buy now will be averaging up but it still makes sense when we believe we know where it is eventually headed.
