Well management didnt sell any stock at 6 bucks plus so why would they sell at 3. Coulda sold all of their stock at 5 plus with the amount of volume that traded there. I dont know how much stock the funds hold but management were buying at 8 cents and up and still didnt sell. So my feeling is that if management sells at 3 bucks then that would be what the stock is worth in their eyes. ??
