The share price is low right now compared to the full potential but if anyone makes an offer now at say $3 or there-a-bouts how many would vote for that - given that many bought at $4.75 and all the institutional and funds that bought are holding long to realize the potential high sp? I for one would not vote for anything that low. Have been holding now for almost two years and digging in with patience - I am not about to bail now for an opportunistic low offer and let someone else reap the profits.

However if a sale does go through with a majority vote I would probably be looking to buy the shares of the company aquiring QEC as the presumption is they are going to appreciate when nat gas takes off and this play is developed to its full potential.
