Budgets are a guideline and can change at anytime. If you all remember, the two horizontal wells that are being drilling weren't meant to start until 2nd quarter of this year, but results were good and they bumped up there time line. I imagine Talisman will do the same thing and re-evaluate. For us, the horizontal wells are important and that'll be what affects share price.

In regards to buyouts, if Talisman doesn't jump on QEC, you can bet that another giant will. That shareholder rights plan gave the company the ability to entertain many offers if one comes in so as to get the best possible price for the company.
