It actually makes me a little uneasy. We've seen some promising target prices from a variety of brokerages but this takes the biscuit. I'm almost tempted to go 'all-in' but putting all my hard-earned cash on one horse is something I swore i'd never do.

What concerns me is that if First Securities have a genuine belief that QEC is worth 30 CAD - why haven't they bought simply everything they can lay their hands on?
