Sorry but couldn't disagree with you more on your statement "I'd rather we pay a bank 5% interest than dilute our shares by 15%." With the world economy still in a fragile state the equity offering will be ingenious if that second financial tsunami becomes reality.
I was a holder of Oilexco when RBS called in their $500 million LOC which put an end to a once great story. If you went through that perhaps you would see this in a different way as I do....banks are ruthless and really don't give a s#it about what kind of potential/assets you have. (PS, this is why I also invest in banks...lol)
In the big picture a 15% dilution won't even be noticed.
