Last week the stock went totally bananas on the Oslo Stock Exchange after the brilliant news again. Now the oil company Questerre completed private placement.

Oil player Questerre Energy Corp.. reported Tuesday morning that they have now completed a private placement of 30 million shares.

The placement was made at a price of 24.50 NOK, and was oversubscribed two times, writes TDN Finans.

- It's always hard when people constantly ask if one is to do something or not. It is so sensitive that it is difficult to comment on. As we have made an issue it is to be a strong partner with Talisman, and that it is important for the company to be capitalized on for the exciting process forward, "said Chairman Peder Paus in a comment.

Gross proceeds are estimated to NOK 735 million.

Questerre had a fantastic week on the Oslo Stock Exchange, after the company published the brilliant news about one of their fields. The stock is now up 33.51 percent over the past month.
