A correction: It went down to 24.60 in norway, at that time : 4.269cdn=24,60nkr. Now 24.60nkr is 4.2917. Anyway, it looks like they didn't want it to go below emmission price in canada and 24.60nkr would be below 4.30cdn. In norway they made 50% buy an sell:)

Maybe they want to close on the same price in canada 4.47cdn is now=25,6151nkr. That's why 4.50 was adjusted. By the way 25,10nkr(the price Pareto hold it) was the price they got it down to at the day before the emission.
