A shareholder list up to date through last week shows that both funds Holberg Norway and Skagen Growth is in the Top 20 of the shareholders in the oil and gas company Questerre.Both funds have purchased 1.2 million shares equivalent to 0.55 percent of the company and has a value of just under 30 million.Last week the company completed a private placement. The company issued 30 million shares at a price of 24.50 kroner per share, and thus got into NOK 735 million, equivalent to 129 million Canadian dollars.Goldman Sachs is the largest shareholder with 8.7 million shares, representing 3.97 percent of the company.)
