Canadian Quantum has a 3.75% working interest and a 0.75% gross over-riding royalty in the Ste-Gertrude project which is located on the western portion of the Company's Gentilly Permit.

Stimulation and testing work on the Gentilly No. 2 Hz well, drilled and cased earlier this year, is expected to commence later this month with results to follow approximately 30 days thereafter.
