St. Edouard 1A provided an excellent data point from the highly over pressured and structured area of the deep Utica fairway.
The well is currently on a long term production test and continues to meet expectations.
As the first horizontal well in this area, both drilling and completion operations suggest we are at the early stage of the learning
curve with considerable room for optimization and cost reduction on future wells. Despite the challenges encountered, the test
results exceeded our expectations.
The next horizontal wells in the pilot program, including the Leclercville 1A offsetting our land, will further delineate the structured
and unstructured areas within the fairway.
We are maintaining our guidance for Fortierville 1 and subsequent horizontal wells drilled in the less structured area of the fairway
at initial stabilized rates of approximately 2 MMcf/d.
An opportunity to evaluate the lower Utica arose in the Gentilly horizontal well. An analysis of the drilling logs indicates the
horizontal leg has been drilled partly in the lower Utica. The completion program will include testing of both the middle and lower
intervals within the Utica formation with a total of five stage fracs.
Pipeline options are being considered to tie-in the St. Edouard location to the local distribution system.
The announcement by the Minister of Natural Resources that new legislation will be introduced this fall to regulate oil and gas
activities was very encouraging. Their goal is to create a fiscal and legal framework that will facilitate the emergence of a new
industry in Québec. We are optimistic that this legislation will include a stable fiscal regime and single window streamlined
application process that will attract capital and encourage a faster pace of development.

In parallel with work on the new legislation, one of our major initiatives this year is to enhance communications with local
stakeholders. This will focus on the expected economic benefits as well as addressing any misconceptions about the environmental
impacts of shale gas development. Our French web site has just been started and we expect it to grow quickly.

Questerre Energy is a rising trend channel in the medium term. Positive volume growth forces share and a further rise in the channel indicated. The rate is close to the floor of the trend channel, which makes great upside, but also increases the likelihood of a break down. It is supported by 15 million and resistance at 23.40 million. The stock is neutral on innsidehandler. Short-term: Weak purchase candidate. Medium term: buy candidate, said Linløkken.

Very good things in this presentation. I dont think peoble who know about the compagny would sell on these low prices. So why did it fall? Maybe cause they have written results in Q2:
