skinny3. Yes NG is at low levels, but it's above the 4.42$ mark, so the future looks ok and I dont think that the day to day price on nymex matters much. I think it's the outlook and how much could we expect to get if we sold, examble: The lowlands or what can be expected that we can earn if/when we produce from our wells. Ofcause, this depends on the price of NG, but future price and we expect to get 0,5-1$ above nymex. Further, the NG-price is not only the nymex price, you have to calculate transport and storrage, but ok, this could be the same expenses, so we must look at: do we have cheep transport and storrage and I think that's one reason qec want's to buil a pipeline and they point out the very good conditions we have in the Horn River area(Kittimat/Apache) and our deal with Gazmetro and also Intragaz? Then we have ongoing talk with B.C. and especially Quebec about to use much more NG in the province. If this comes true, well, we should see a high SP:) We also see that China and South Korea want to be in on the shale exploration in B.C. And ofcause(I nearly forgot), we must look at our exploration expenses, one area where the learning curve plays a big role and TLM want to be experts, I think new investors will look at this and also the money they say they plan to use and we get royalties:)
We have manny"free" shares(I dont remember the expression), so when some of the bigger investors starts to buy, they can make the sp move up and some of them knows exactly where to buy to do that, examble: in norway, they buy at 18,10; 19,20NOK, next could be 20,50-80, in canada 3,42-47, 3,50-58, 3,60-68 and so on, so if they can buy, say about 500,000 shares on these levels, I think they have a good chance to move the SP or hold it on the level when we have rater low vollume(we dont see anyone selling alot).
We get good news, EU looks better and companies have delivered better than expected half year reports(and have better outlooks), in Denmark Novo Nordisk just delivered a very good half year report, but better that this, they raised there expectations for the rest of the year, also shipping/container trafic looks better. Rio Tinto today: "Underlying earnings rose to a record $5.77 billion from $2.56 billion. The result beat consensus expectations of $5.5 billion". The metal prices have gone up. I think copper will go up more. All this, must be good for canada, so I think there is a good chance that they can hold our SP(and we can see a gain. We may not be very far from results.
