For someone to "take QEC out" the majority of shareholders would have to vote to accept the "cheap" offer. I'm not going to. How many of those biggies who bought at $4.70 and $4.35 in the two PP's will vote to sell their millions of shares "cheap"??

Nothing has changed the outlook for the sp down the road. Delayed a little yes. But I still plan to sell my holdings between $8 and $10 per share.
