Pretty good article mentioning that there will be no moratorium, this from the Quebec resource minister.

It's going to be good to get regulations in place and once all this is behind us we can start drilling again without disruptions.

It also makes mention of a possible new drilling site, as I know Talisman have quite a few of them.

I'm interested to see what incentives the Quebec government will put forth to bring people to drill. Nathalie N. mentions in the article she doesn't want to lose momentum...well she better start giving something in return...like possibly bringing in a service industry to help lower cost etc.

Anyway, one thing I wanted to update you on as it came out yesterday I believe.
