I've just heard it. They wont give results from a single well. I got a good impression about TLM from the answers they gave about their Kurdistan project, they are smart and cautious and they also said: "we wont be drilling an uneconomic well:)"

I have read about dissagreements/differences between Quebec, Ontario and Labrador about The Hibernia project. It has just been updated to hold more oil than previosly thought and this was equal to 5 Tcf of NG. QEC could hold 5 Tcf alone, we just need a higher NG-price.

Maybe they need(the provinces), to be more sure about infrastructure and what the USA wants. But:

2010 Annual Conference of the Quebec Oil and Gas Association - "WORKING TOGETHER TO BUILD OUR INDUSTRY"

MONTREAL, Oct. 25 /CNW Telbec/ - Quebec Oil and Gas Association (QOGA) President André Caillé launched the second Annual Conference of the QOGA this morning, currently underway at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth in Montréal. During his opening remarks, the President urged the 300 attendees to work together to build this Québec industry, with respect for and in partnership with the local communities.

"For the Quebec Oil and Gas Association and its members, social acceptance by the local communities is a key factor that is essential for the exploration and extraction of natural gas in Québec. We have been in the field for the last few months, meeting citizens, elected officials and entrepreneurs. Our discussions with them have acquainted us with their concerns and in particular their hope that this industry will develop in a manner that is respectful of the environment and beneficial for the communities. Their questions are fair. We must continue to answer them and further our commitment to adopt the best practices. We will thereby show that the emergence of a new Québec gas economy will significantly spur the growth of our collective wealth, boost our competitive edge, create high-calibre jobs and contribute to the sustainable development of all regions of Québec," the QOGA President declared.

Throughout this event, the industry's main issues and challenges will be considered within a series of conferences and activities. Social acceptance, economic development and environmental concerns will be just a few of the topics discussed during the various presentations. Participants will have the opportunity to hear André Boisclair, former Minister of State for Municipal Affairs, the Environment and Water, guest speaker for a noon-hour seminar.

The complete agenda for the 2010 Annual Conference of the QOGA is available at http://www.apgq-qoga.com.

The Quebec Oil and Gas Association, established in April 2009, aims to continue the development of an industry in Quebec that will be able to produce significant economic benefits for the regions. The QOGA presents and promotes the interests of a responsible and active industry to contribute to energy diversification in Quebec, with respect to the environment and communities. Its members' mission is to work on the development of Quebec's energy resources while promoting economic development in Quebec.

Lets hope they find out that NG is the best solution:)
