For example,

I just Canada price down QEC to $1.42 on a 176,000 shares. Down like 8% some odd percent. When QEC has 200 million shares, think about that. It means so little and it's just a traders market right now. (Note Tax loss selling as well). I've seen gap ups of close to a dollar on good news and companies buying 200K blocks etc...so it's not like we are going to go up dead slow when things get going. Just remember how this went from $0.35 to $6 in about 2 months...that's ridiculous.

If you believe in a company, you buy stocks when they are low and nobody wants to touch them...just like the recession, when stocks were at their lowest in March of 2009, people were the most pessimistic...saying that the tsx was going from 7500 to 2500 etc. Where are we today? I'll be putting in a bid today and this will only benefit me in the long run and I'll be happy. Today, as we have seen last few months, the smarts will be buying in even cheaper and just lowering their averages.

I remember how we kept talking about this when it went from $6 downt to $3, then the crisis came and down to $0.78! We all kept saying how this was going to seem so cheap in the future..and then it climbed back up to $5 again at the high...and on what?? About 2 wells and speculation! So you see we are in that boat again...and I personally believe we'll be going back up to higher levels in the next year...if I didn't believe in this, I would have sold out at $5...twice I had the chance. Today's prices are so low, yet this market is right now is being controlled by shorters and traders and people in it to make a quick buck. I already posted the reuters institutional holdings report...a net of over 6 million shares added in the last few months:

Institutional Holders

% Shares Owned: 25.98%
# of Holders: 41
Total Shares Held: 60,819,590
3 Mo. Net Change: 6,705,909
# New Positions: 4
# Closed Positions: 2
# Increased Positions: 18
# Reduced Positions: 5
# Net Buyers: 13
I mean we had 18 of them increase positions, only 5 reduced...it's just trading 101...you put in bids and get them cheap, no need to buy into asks. These firms aren't stupid, and that's how they make money.
The only negative I heard from QEC is we had to wait until next year. This political noise etc is going to sort itself out...and imo once that does, it is going to be a breath of fresh air for everyone and the companies as well.
