This innovation is called "a big deal" by the Gov. Department.

So, no more danger of water contamination, rather than open loops with plastic walls, that can be broken.

This was an easy change, said a drilling industry Chief.

This can be the end of any moratoria (effective, partial or proposed) in USA and Quebec.
