No (or yes along with everything else).

There were technical problems with the entire Oslo exchange today which resulted in all trades coming to a standstill for a couple of hours. Now things are moving again. I wrote earlier that QEC seemed steady at 5% up - no wonder! LOL

Since things restarted at about 2.30pm QEC has started climbing again. Currently at 8.84 NOK - a rise of almost 7%.
