I did speak with David Vincent from Gastem as well and he said that he and his colleagues along with the other management teams from the industry feel good about the BAPE report being positive for the industry, and allowing us to move forward.

Frankly the mandate of the BAPE is sustainable developement and how to move forward...they are entrusted with giving the green light...they will propose legislation and advise on how to get things done, whilst protecting the people and the environment.
