On a side note to this, I read yesterday that they are looking to put up new regulations for NY by June...they are not going to wait for the EPA study because that is still over a year away and it is costing big money and jobs. I agree though that they do need new regulations in NY state...if anything, things like that should have never happened. It was incompetent companies causing this and not being responsible. Nonetheless, they should do what they have to, to prevent this because most of the indusutry is getting a bad name because of the brutal work of a few!
