Message: BAPE-report goes public

I think we can pretty comfortably conclude that the BAPE-report didn't do anything to QEC's progress and timeframe, outside the badly misinformed publicity that could (further) damage the SP shortterm due to imagined increased political risk.

Actually its far less political risk today, then it was on monday. Now we know for sure what some of us have been convinced about for a long time. There will be no moratorium. That we didn't know _for sure_ until the BAPE-report was released (paired with the first reaction from the related ministers).

And related to the 18 fraced wells in Quebec allready... I don't think the issue is that its too few fraced wells. In 2007 alone, there was completed 4185 shalegas-wells. Going by the 2005 numbers of about 15000 total, I'd guesstimate about 30000 completed shalegas wells in the US at the moment.

With that kinda numbers, its pretty revealing when a subjective moviemaker needs to fake evidence to have enough material for his fraudalant movie about shalegas-"disasters".
