It says, now of course the translator can only do so much:...it's saying the they will be allowed to drill and frac the wells while to government conducts its strategic review...so as they are fracing these wells, there will be test going on, probably on the drill site and the people studying being able to take samples, interact with engineers etc etc. I hope that made sense. Anela said that they are welcome to this and it will give them a first hand look and report back to the Minister. This imo is the only way to get them to believe. They clearly don't seem to believe the other EPA studies etc, so this way they can do it themselves. Also, they'll be able to understand what "leaks" are and how they are a part of shale drilling. This is why regulations are important. In AB, these same leaks don't get a second look from the regulators because they are well below what is considered dangerous...Quebec needs to write that into the legislation so going forward they can do the same. Let think about it logically...gas companies aren't there to lose gas to the atmosphere, they're there to sell the heck out of it and keep all of it!
"The pilot wells will be allowed while the government conducts its strategic review and we will drill and" fracke "Our pilot program while the evaluation is in progress," it says.
