In New York State the Public Attorney of the State Mr. Scheneiderman recently said that DEC (Department Enviromental...) will have his driiling and fracting Regulation published by this July 1, when the moratorium is expected to be finished.

And so, indipendently from how many time the EPA Group will take to push out his scientific conclusion (first conlcusions expected in late 2012).

The DEC is taking advantage from drill and fract done in other States, sai Mr. Schneiderman.

It sounds very positive for a safe and efficient drilling and fracturing!
