From what i recall , following the BAPE report , the govt. said the commitee would be in pace by may , but in Mr. Bouchard press conference that followed , the industry asked and hoped it would be in place by april .

Legislation time frame was not mention from what i remember but it should be underway while it could take longer before it's voted and in place , could be before the parlament session ends for summer recess or early after the summer , sept. oct . hard to tell at this point .

Working on wells and fracking depends on the committe being set up , so it could start as early as may but don't remember any specific time frame being mentioned , maybe someone else will come up with more accurate answers .

It's my opinion the sp should start moving up once the committee is in place and we start expecting drilling to start , imho we've bottom out now , and i added a bit to my position to average down .
