To this end, in early May 2011, the Ministry of Environment published draft regulations to govern operations during

the SEA. This included requirements for public consultation and the provision of technical information to the Ministry.

Unfortunately, these regulations were introduced too late to meet the deadlines to contract completion equipment

this spring. As a result, the operator is looking to the next window to complete the St. Gertrude and Fortierville wells.

We understand this will most likely be next spring unless market conditions for equipment changes.
