They're very close to already a million shares purchased. I know we have to wait a bit, but this is smart. These shares were issued at the last PP for $4.70 I believe, about 5 times higher than they are being bought for now.

Once things get moving, the share price will obviously start to climb...not just from Quebec, but I expect some new project that could be big as well. Nonetheless, once we get to some high sp's and confidence is renewed, watch for Binnion to do another PP at much higher prices. He essentially sold high and is buying low, and this will be important for shareholders in the future. A PP will have to be done at some point anyway, so it's smart to eliminate a lot of shares now. I believe they can buy up to 11M in total, which if they could get all at this price, would be unbelievable, but I doubt it.
