I can empathize with your frustration and concern.

Many of my circle of friends are invested in QEC and are patiently waiting this out.

The province of Quebec is somewhat puzzling for us also, we do understand that it is arguably plagued by corruption and nepitism, quite possibly to the extent Greece is, yet the big question is why?

Is it reasonable to believe that the SEA actually requires 24 months to come to a conclusion or is this extended period a reflection of the social and political climate?

In my opinion it is more reasonable to believe that the SEA will indeed come to an accurate and positive conclusion regarding this play, partly based on all the benefits the province will experience and partly based on the integrity and track record of people such as Lucien Bouchard ,we will just have to be paitent.
